Ideal use cases

Install notes:
  1. Mount low, near the tank, with rubber isolator clamps to reduce noise and aid priming.
  2. Use a coarse pre-filter (40–100 μm) before the pump and a 10 micron or finer (≤10 μm) filter after the pump.
  3. Adapt 10 mm × 1.0 ports to AN using metric-to-AN adapters, then plumb with PTFE AN hose & ends.
  4. After assembly, pressure-test and verify base fuel pressure at the rail.

PTFE hose tip: wrap the cut area tightly with tape before cutting with shears to control braid fray, then remove tape after fitting the olive/ferrule. See our install guide.

What fittings do I need to run AN hose?
Use 10 mm × 1.0 to AN-6 or AN-8 adapters on the pump’s ports, then connect PTFE AN hose ends.
Is a 255 LPH inline pump enough for my LS swap?
For many naturally aspirated LS builds and common EFI conversions, yes. For boosted or E85 applications, assess total fuel demand and consider higher flow.
Can I run this without a pre-filter?
We recommend a coarse pre-filter (40–100 μm) before the pump and a ≤10 μm filter after the pump to protect injectors and the regulator.
